The
Villa and Guest House consist of two structures built on four levels.
Together they have five bedrooms and five baths, all lovely and
all with views, surf sounds, firm king or queen beds, and a teak
or cedar desk.
Built in 1998, the Villa and Guest House are bright,
airy, open to the outdoors, and receive a steady ocean breeze. They
are beautifully designed and constructed of the finest materials,
including teak, almond, and cedar woods throughout. Floors are of
terra cotta tile and teak wood.
