A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required.
Payment Policy
1/2 of the rent is due immediately to secure the reservation. A
check should be made out to "Villa La Macha, S.A." and
mailed or fedexed to:

Upon receipt of this payment we will block the dates you request
and send you an email with arrival information and our personal
guide of travel tips and recommendations about the area including
our favorite restaurants, masseuses and activities,
The remaining 1/2 of the rent plus a $1,000 security
deposit is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. The security deposit
will be refunded (less any damages or phone charges) no more than
60 days after your departure, This delay is needed to allow us to
receive the telephone bill during the time of your stay.
