Weekly Rental Rates
Rental price includes both the main villa and the guest house.

High Season: Jan 2 - April 15	$5000 / week
Low Season: April 15 - Jan 1	$4000 / week
Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving)	inquire
Discounts available for multiple weeks or last-minute bookings Price includes all taxes and staff, including chef and housekeeper. Actual cost of food and beverages is not included. Rentals typically are Saturday to Saturday Arrival is at noon, departure by 10am except by prior agreement 12 guests maximum, except by prior agreement A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required.

Payment Policy
1/2 of the rent is due immediately to secure the reservation. A check should be made out to "Villa La Macha, S.A." and mailed or fedexed to:

Upon receipt of this payment we will block the dates you request and send you an email with arrival information and our personal guide of travel tips and recommendations about the area including our favorite restaurants, masseuses and activities,

The remaining 1/2 of the rent plus a $1,000 security deposit is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded (less any damages or phone charges) no more than 60 days after your departure, This delay is needed to allow us to receive the telephone bill during the time of your stay.
