“The beach was wonderful it was like having
a private cove. Jamie and Cecilia were both superb in taking care
of our every wish. The views were spectacular. I can't think of
anything that would have made the stay better other than extending
it.” “No pictures could prepare us for the Villa's
spectacular setting and views. It takes your breath away! Cecilia's
meals were the finest to be found anyway near Quepos and there was
no request she or Jamie couldn't grant. We loved the breadth of
activities close by; and especially loved not having to plan more
than one day ahead for anything-- just show up on time and go! The
pool, the weather the avocados and mangoes-- pure heaven.”

“Our stay at Villa La Macha was great. The
views from the living room and master bedroom were out of this world.
Jamie and Cecilia were very accommodating. They went out their way
to make sure all our needs were met. Cecelia's cooking was outstanding.
Both Jamie and Cecelia spoiled us all. Jamie could not do enough
for us. We had a great vacation and cannot wait to visit Villa La

staff of 6 at a different Villa we had stayed at the previous year.
The pool was defienitely a highlight for our kids and the crabs

“The photos on the web page were beautiful
but we didn't think they do justice to the villa, we loved the entire
experience. By tuesday Pauline was saying that we should have you
hold the deposit for next year's vacation. The sky and surrounding
area was magnificent from the top of the house. We both wanted to
spend more time sitting on the second floor porch listening to the
sea and watching the clouds change shapes but every room and area
kept calling us to apprciate them too. The week was only a tease
but it was our best vacation. We're planning on taking some Spanish
lesson so we can talk more with Cecilia the next time we come.Jaime
was great providing anything we needed. When i rented a car the
company delivered it to the Villa and Jaime examined the entire
thing looking for hidden damage inside outside underneath before
I could sign the contract. Cecilia even washed the sleeping bags
that Heather and Andrew had been using during their adventures on
the road. The info in the booklet was great even though after reading
it over I had to check the upstairs bathroom every time Pauline
needed to go. After the first night we got the hang of keeping the
lights low so not to attract the six and eight legged critters.
The couple of house geckos were entertaining and we looked forward
to seeing them once we got used to them. Thanks for sharing your
fantastic home with us. We've been telling friends and strangers
about the Villa and always feel a little pang of regret for giving
out the name thinking that it may mean we won't be able to stay
there the next time because someone else has already booked it.
Scott we'll be contacting you again the next chance we get to visit
Costa Rica. Pauline actually brought a magazine home from the dentist
yesterday that contained an article about retiring in CR. Iit was
a wonderful vacation for all of us Thank you Jaime and Cecilia.”
